Do I need to provide cleaning products?
If you prefer a certain type of cleaner than yes, otherwise we bring our own set of cleaners to use! We don't not provide toilet brushes or mops for sanitary reasons. We ask that those be provided.
What do I need to prepare for your cleaning services?
Making sure all personal affects are put away. Having the kids/teens picking up items off the floors, so we can easily access the room(s) and do a throughout cleaning!
How much will your cleaning services cost?
This depends on if you choose to begin with a deep cleaning or the size of your home.
Deep cleanings start at $395-$550 based on what's needed and square footage.
Our basic cleaning is by the hour and our fee for that is $35. How long depends on how big the home is.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We can bill via email 1x per month and paying with a credit card or PayPal. We also accept personal checks, Venmo and cash.
Can I choose a specific time of day for my cleaning service?
We tailor the service to what time & day works best for your family!
Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?
Not at all
What services do you NOT provide?
We do not clean up after pets (cat pans, cleaning up yards, pets cages) vacuuming out of fireplaces (we leave that to that to the professionals). Ironing of clothes or linens. We also don't clean the anything on the outside of the home. (Exception: we will sweep of decks or if you have a season sun porch)

What do I do with my pet while you are in my home?
We leave that up to you! We love all animals and do not mind if you prefer to leave them home during the cleaning. If they are anxious around new people or with the vacuum we recommend they be put in a location of the home we won't be needing to access. That way we won't be creating any stress for your fur babies.
